Senior DevOps Engineer
EAZE-IT Japan Co. Limited is looking for highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineers to join our growing team in Dhaka. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our Japan-based CTO and global DevOps team on large-scale infrastructure, cloud platforms, and blockchain-driven projects. If you have over six years of experience in Linux systems, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), along with strong collaboration skills in English, this is your chance to advance your career in a challenging and rewarding international environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain large-scale infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment
processes. - Manage and optimize Linux-based servers (Ubuntu/Debian) on both cloud (AWS, GCP)
and on-premise. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability and
scalability. - Work with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), IaC (Terraform,
CloudFormation), and orchestration. - Automate routine processes using Bash, Python scripting, and tools like Ansible.
- Participate in architecture decisions, provide Linux expert support, monitor performance
and troubleshoot issues. - Work directly with Japan-based CTO and DevOps team using English as the official
communication language. - Join a blockchain-focused team and work on cutting-edge technologies for real-world
applications.

Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Masters - Bachelor’s/Master’s in CSE/IT/EEE
- Global project collaboration &

- AWS/GCP Certification preferred
Skills/Experience
- Linux/Unix Expert (Ubuntu & Debian preferred) – commands/tools like df, du, htop,
tmux, memory modules, etc. - Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Helmcharts
- Cloud Platforms: AWS and/or GCP (Certification preferred)
- Scripting: Bash and Intermediate Python
- Configuration Management: Ansible or equivalent
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps workflows
- Web Stack: NGINX (preferred) or Apache, RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
- Monitoring & Logging: Performance analysis and issue resolution
- Project Management: Jira, Confluence
